We're keeping this as simple as possible for you. Should you need to refund, upcharge or lower a charge for any reason, you will log into Munch and handle it through your Simplify Account. First, refund the charge. Second, create a new transaction for the correct amount.
If a customer has saved their card information, their card number, expiration month and year will be auto-filled. If a customer has not saved their card information, you will need to enter all of the information. Either way, you will need to contact the customer to get the cvv number on their card. Visa and Mastercard have a 3 digit cvv. American Express has a 4 digit cvv.
Quick tip: alternatively to upcharging a card, we suggest requesting the difference in cash. Typically, these difference are $1 or $2 for some 'extra' request.
