The Munch auto printer app needs .NET framework 4.0 to operate properly. If you happen to use a legacy system with Windows XP that cannot be upgraded, this is your explanation regarding how to use the Desktop App.
#1 - You need to be connected to the internet.
#2 - Your system drive must have a minimum of 1500 MB free space.
#3 - If your XP has Service Pack 2 you can skip to step 4. If not, download SP2 from the following link and install it to your computer. It will take some time for your system to update. Plan accordingly. DOWNLOAD SERVICE PACK 2
#4 - Install .NET 4.0 to your system. Download it from here.
#5 - If you have downloaded and run the files in steps 3 (when necessary) & 4 successfully, you are ready to install the Munch Desktop App. Within your restaurant admin panel go to ADVANCED SETTING > DESKTOP APP and install the App. Information regarding configuration of the Desktop App on your system is already within our Dashboard seen below.
