From time to time there is a major update of our Desktop App. Four simple steps are needed to ensure successful installation.
1) Sign out of the app. Make sure you know your login email & password.
2) Delete the App from your computer. Typically, this can be achieved through your Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program.
3) Delete the folder in your C:/ drive named "Order Printer." This will create a clear path for the re-installation.
4) Reinstall. Go through a process similar but far superior (thanks to the update) that will get you back in business.
