If you’ve recently updated your Windows operating system, there is a slight chance you’ll experience a new Windows bug! Yay bugs!!! Never fear. A clean installation of the Desktop App will get you back in business confirming and fulfilling orders quickly. See below:
Temporarily disable your antivirus software.
Do a search for “Change or Remove a Program”
Select and uninstall the program.
Just in case: Do a quick search for and select “This PC.” Open your C Drive. We need to erase the Order Printer folder

- a) Fix problems that block programs from being installed removed
Installing this Microsoft update/patch may help you complete the process.
- b) For advanced users, we have a simple Windows command line tool. Always make sure you’ve logged out of the Desktop App prior to executing any of these to avoid problems.
Search for cmd and open the command prompt.
Type wmic product get name and click Enter. This will load the list of programs.
Call the uninstaller in silent mode with this command
wmic product where name=”Order Printer” call uninstall /nointeractive
The name must match exactly and be kept in quotes.
